Oh my goodness. I cant say enough about this company. They got me thru almost 4 years of waiting to be compensated for rent and lawyer fees. They hung in there with me thru covid since we couldnt pursue tenants during that time and as soon as that lifted they were on it to get us our money back. Spent many hours pursuing the attorney general to no avail then told me my last option was to do an order to compel for $300. I had one week to decide before the 4 years to pursue was up. I was so ready to give up and be out over $2k in lawyer fees and all the rent not paid. And that was the trick that worked. To find that all along the money was sitting in a state account for over 6 months. You can imagine my joy (and scream) when I received a check from these great folks at Frazier and Ramirez Law for almost all the money owed and have been receiving checks since then. Highly recommend this law firm. They took amazing care of us. The best.
