Betsy is an amazing attorney and a wonderful person! She helped me with a probate case a couple of years ago when my dad passed. She took my case when no one else wanted to a did the best job ever representing me! She was the first person I thought of when I needed to file for divorce this year. Once again she did an outstanding job representing me.

Extremely comforting lawyer. Stays in great contact, gives GREAT advise and was worth more than I paid. I am very grateful and thankful to have Betsy Salcedo represent me during a custody battle for my one and only loving precious child. I strongly suggest her as your representative in the court of law due to her experience, kindness, and intelligence.

Wow! Is all I can say about this law firm. It is like they started a legal team and staffed it with autistic people. If you want an attorney that is a go getter and will destroy the oppositions, Betsy is not her. The only thing she is going to destroy is a happy meal and a few chairs before lunch. This is not a firm with the resources or capabilities to defend you, lexis Nexis, Sheppard's, legal journals, etc. They think showing up is a strategy, this was literally articulated to me by my counsel. Not to mention, they had me prepare exhibits, witneses,etc.... and they were not even able to be submitted to the court. It is not elementary school and you don't get credit for attendance and participation. If she spent as much time feeding her face as doing research and due diligence she would be a decent attorney. Unfortunately, her pants and you are the only ones that end up paying. You can save yourself a lot of time and aggravation. You want an attorney that knows the law and defenses that are applicable to you and your case. Judges only conform the law when your attorney can articulate in detail, the law is the only thing that can keep the court from providing you a bad verdict. They don't need a lawyer who shows up and tries to scare you into settlement or lie that they are good at their job. You will notice that most of the motions or legal arguments that she makes do not have any legal substantiation. She is a poor lawyer. A good lawyer is going to hammer the law and have a defense that is grounded in the law.
