Wells Fargo ATM

So I went to this branch today amiss my tight schedule to open an account & the guy I met there said there was no one there to help me open an account but someone will be there to help out on Monday by 1 pm. I was shocked like this is why BOA is an A-list bank. How can there not be anyone to open an account? How many customers have they lost due to this dysfunction. Some other lady was mad that there was no notary. I wonder if theres even a manager at that branch. So disappointed.

Wells Fargo are the worst bunch of thieves. Stole all the money from my account for a debt that wasn't mine, tacked on fees because my ATM withdrawal overdrew my account (which wouldn't have happened had they not stolen my money), then closed my account with an overdrawn balance that they caused and charged it off and sent it to collections. Management at this branch is worse than the customer service. For over 6 months I battled with Wells Fargo. Even though I proved to the branch manager that the debt was in fact for another person, they returned my money, but refused to fix the overdraft or any of the $186 in fees I was charged, and refused to reopen the account. Come to find out months later I had a new high risk checking account opened in my name with paperless billing and a fake email. Oh and guess what? The account was already closed by the bank. For nonpayment of fees. I'm still battling ChexSystems for this, because it's nearly impossible to get a dispute resolved with them. So all in all, I was stolen from, charged fees because I withdrew money just as their theft was pending, had my account charged off and sent to collections (which has been fought successfully multiple times--it keeps getting sold in some bad paper portfolio, so every so often I have to battle a new collection agency for this fraud), get hit regularly on my credit whenever another agency buys it up, been denied having my account reopened and instead find I had a high risk checking account opened without my knowledge that was also in arrears due to Wells Fargo. Avoid anything with the Wells Fargo name on it like the plague.
