Bee Hive Homes of Volcano Cliffs

When touring Bee Hive of Volcano Cliffs I was very impressed with the facility, and also the interaction between the caregivers and the residents. Michelle and Evie listened and answered any questions I had. Evie did a home visit before mom came to live at Bee Hive. What I experienced during my tour at Bee Hive of Volcano Cliffs has been proven to be, "what you see is what you get! " My mother has been a resident of Bee Hive of Volcano Cliffs for nearly 2 1/2 years. I cannot say enough about the care, love and compassion my mother has received since day one. Michelle the house manager is exceptional in her position! She's obviously very passionate about her job. The caregivers Michelle has on staff are very loving and compassionate. Jolene, Kamila, Daniella, Kathleen and Jolyn are excellent caregivers! I would also like to mention Yolanda, Tracy & Shellie who were once on staff. Last but not least, Mannie the cook! Mannie not only cooks delicious meals for the residents, she interacts and makes the residents feel at home when they come out to the common areas. On top of assisting mom with everyday living the caregivers encourage mom to join in on all recreation and social activities provided to all residents. When I knew mom was very comfortable in her environment at Bee Hive of Volcano Cliffs was when early on, I brought mom home to have lunch. When we got done eating lunch mom said, " I'm ready to go home whenever you want to take me."

My mom, Leonella, has been a resident of Beehive Volcano Cliffs for almost 2 1/2 years now and I am so grateful she is in your care! I live in Vancouver WA and visit as often as I am able. Every time I have visited I leave knowing that my mom is very much at home. Michelle, is always very welcoming when I visit and I see how attentive Michelle, the caregivers and kitchen staff are with mom. Mom is very comfortable in her environment. Moms room is always tidy and I know she enjoys the many fun activities and exercise sessions provided. Im thankful my sister Sylvia was particular in her choice of facility for Mom!

Walking into Michelles house is like walking into your own home. They great you by name. The staff is amazing with the residents and Michelle is a big help with it comes to anything. Thank you beehive!
