        They followed me around the entire time like I was going to steal something from them. Had heard good things about this place but im not coming back. Sorry that a flannel in cold weather means a criminal to you all at New Mexico Clay.

        I visited NMC last night right before closing and James patiently helped me pick what products I needed and gave me confidence to start throwing on my wheel I got for Christmas. James was super knowledgeable and supportive and never made me feel intimidated or naive. Thanks NMC for your products and the culture you foster!

      Who are we? We are a real store with 22 employees, we have been at the same location for 38 years.

      We were a top Duncan ceramics distributor in the USA. Until Duncan went out of business. Now we stock Mayco lowfire glazes, and midrange glazes 
      from Amaco, Coyote, Spectrum, Mayco, and Spectrum.

      NMCLAY produces millions of pounds of clay for potters, hobbyists and giftware manufacturers each year.
