SEWAGE FLOODING MY APARTMENT! This place is 0 STARS. Just walked into the office to ask Candie about my neighbor that wouldn't answer the door. She was on the phone and completely ignored me without saying hold on, just walked away. She has no sense of customer service. We are just a number. The maintenance workers are awesome, but overworked and probably underpaid. Two times in one month I've had sewage coming out of my kitchen sink, and without being able to contact the neighbor they can't fix the problem. I pay $1,050 to $1,100 for 520 ft of trash. UPDATE So they leave you at 800 number to call but it goes directly back to the office. Not a manager. Not somebody in charge. The office 100 ft away. I want to speak to the owner. The owner does not reply to these messages. Candie said she's never spoken to the owner. Figures. About an hour later I found out that they did NOT call 911 to do a welfare check so I called 911 to do a welfare check. Thankfully the neighbor was just in a 'deep sleep'.

Haven't been to the office in awhile but today I needed to get a new gate key. Experience was not great. The lady helping me was great doing her best but the other lady eating her burger king lunch (close to 30 mins till close) was being so rude to the lady helping me. Very awful attitude and unprofessional in front of current residents & maintenance workers. Very awkward experience.

Don't Rent here they are the worst hands down I pay 1350 for a 2 bedroom when I first moved in it was 750 they doubled rent and it's not a safe place at all look at the front of the building the bullet holes tells u all u need to know! And there are more drugs then you can name being pushed at this complex worst place I've ever lived !!! If I could give negative stars I would!

Don't rent this place roaches everywhere drugs homeless rent is more than a house and staff is so bad horrible apartments!
