Terrible. Waited several weeks for a referral only to show up and them tell me my insurance is not accepted. Said they failed to message me. Abq. Healthcare at its finest

Arrived at my appointment one hour early and Amanda was kind enough to accommodate me. In the time we had together she took my blood pressure and respiration rate, gave me two injections, helped me figure out my bill, talked to someone about my bill, set up a payment plan for me, scheduled a follow up appointment, answered a question about my symptoms and had to deal with me chatting the entire time. She was incredibly organized and efficient. I am in awe thinking of how she handled the situation so calmly and kindly. So appreciate for this excellent service.

Terrible experience, Dr Richard Wachs sat in the room with me for about 2.5 minutes. Barely examined me and then proceeded to make me feel guilty for coming in. Extremely condescending and arrogant. He asked what is your allergy trigger and I said Im not sure thats why Id like to be tested. He proceeded to say we need to know what to test you for. I said if I knew I wouldnt need to be tested. After not seeing my allergy magically appear with a 30-second assessment he said you should see a dermatologist and you can come back again if symptoms persist. This man is collecting a paycheck for doing absolutely nothing. This practice is a joke!
