    This company has a lot to learn. They sent me a "care giver" that just wanted my things, including my landscaping lava rocks, one just wanted to do things her way and got so close I could feel her breath while she was accusing me of being a smoker. She is the one that kept going to her car for or my front porch for a few puffs. One would reluctantly would halfway do chores but was more than willing to indulge in in a trip to McDonald's, on my dime. I do not have internet so I asked Miranda to please provide me with a hard copy of what they were deducting from my bank account. The amounts were never the same. Different dollar amount every week. I called the main office in Kansas City. Miranda called me and canceled my service. Still haven't seen hard copies of my billing. My advice is to hitch your wagon to another star. Run the opposite direction. They seem to care about the almighty dollar. Not their clients.

    A Place At Home was very responsive to my needs. They made sure the caregivers I had were ones that worked for me. All the caregivers were great. Miranda was always available to pitch in if someone couldn't make their shift and came with new caregivers to train them. I highly recommend this company.

    I like how this agency helps the caregivers by matching them to the people they help. Also the paid training is online which makes it easier to do it when you have time without having to go to a huge classroom. Also you can request how much time you like to work.

We are sorry you were not pleased with our service. We always try our best to keep our customershappy. AS per the agreement you signed, via DocuSign online, you agreed to receive our invoices viaemail. We provided those as agreed, but if you’ve misplaced them, we would be happy to resend themfor you. A hard copy can be mailed if that is easier.Any chores you required our workers to do above the contract would, of course, had to be on yourdime, at your request.As far as your items being taken, they were offered to the caregiver by you as you were throwingthem out. If that was misunderstood, we would have addressed that immediately if you had let us knowthere was an issue, Feel free to call us and let us know if there is still an issue with that. We would lovethat chance to clear that up for you.Corporate informed us of your call and agreed there was nothing to be done. We had fulfilled ourcontract as agreed. The fact that you were still unhappy with our service is what helped in our decisionto release your contract. We felt that you needed more services than we offered, and wished you well.While we strive to please everyone, we know that sometimes there are just personality conflicts and wecan’t make everyone happy. We wish you luck in your search for help in the future and wish you a happylife.
