Southwest Accounting Pros, LLC

Worst accounting experience ever. I signed a contract with them in 2019 to do all my books and accounting. The head CPA pawned the work off to his son, who only paid our federal taxes for 2020 and that was it. No work in our QB (the whole reason I hired them). They were slow to respond to emails, kept making excuses, and would promise to do work on my accounts which in the end amounted to little to nothing (even after numerous conversations with them on the phone). It's taken my new accountant and bookkeeper close to 3 months to catch up. I'm not sure what's going on with these guys, but I would steer clear if I were you.

Larry, Steve and Will and the entire SWAP team are easy to work with and are very knowledgeable. They handle our tax planning, estate planning, business services and business acquisitions. They are a wealth of knowledge on products that help small business grow and become more efficient. The SWAP office uses a lot of modern technology that is safe and secure to move documents back and forth. They are very responsive and take away the concerns of tax preparation and planning on multiple levels. Thank you to the entire SWAP team!!

Was working with South West Accounting Pros over the summer until their accountant out of nowhere stopped replying to my emails. No warning at all or explanation. Just stopped all services. Had to scramble to find a new accountant. Very odd and unprofessional.
