        I received an email for 50% off the service which was nice and is the reason I hired them to do my taxes. The tax preparer was professional, nice and did her job; nothing but good things to say about her. The issues I had were questions that could not be answered. If JH had gone over questions/concerns I had and explained to me why areas like SS disability, third party disability and capital gains/losses were not considered would have given peace of mind rather than worry; however that was not the case. Also could not get a print out of my taxes, had to create an account online which the terms alone would take a half of day to read it all. In the end the tax form used I could have done myself but with 50% off who could pass that up.
