        Ms. Hicks was not much help to me. as i already have a hard time focusing with my medical conditions. She would gas light me at times and made me feel i should white shame myself even though im spanish. It got so bad i couldnt not stand talking to her because she made me feel uncomfortable for not being a self hating white person she did very little to help me other then to make sure to have my education laps on itself and waist years of education experience for her own agenda of her self preservation and income. This was the worst DVR rep i have had the privilege to know. Thank you Ms Hick for your lack of help.
