    Stayed at a 30amp spot in a 24' class C motor home. Site was nice, but instructions for after hours check-in were kinda sketchy, not real clear, and save your time and breath - don't bother leaving a message for "management", they won't answer. (I called and asked for the code to get in the bathroom.) The info isn't on their info sheet and the wifi was too poor to check there.

    Cannot rate rooms since they were not used. Walkability: Park is in the middle of town with easy access and walking distance to Wal-Mart and numerous fast foods and restaurants.

    Love the staff! Emily, Jade, Julie, Paul and Johnny are easy going and wonderful to work with. We like here it so well that we bought a home here last week. Moving soon. PS: the POOL! We live for that. Laundry building is covenient and safe! The whole park is safe.

    For the RV Park here: I want to be clear that the ladies who work in the front office are lovely, friendly, and do their best to be helpful within the confines of the rules the management company who owns the park has set for them. And the RV portion of the property itself and on site laundry room was great when we stayed a few years ago. My husband and I stayed here at the end of 2020 for several months and got in right before the management company who purchased this property enacted the new rules on long term RV customers. I went to try and secure a long term space this week for about 2 months and was told I needed to fill out an application and pay a $35 fee for a background check. I went ahead and did the very invasive rental agreement (one you'd complete for an apartment or mobile home rental) only to find that my husband ALSO has to complete an application, as would every "tenant" over 18, and pay another $35 fee for his own background check and on top of that I have to pay $20 per pet to set up a pet profile on a third party website, with no guarantee that I will be "approved". My husband and I, along with several of our coworkers, will be in town annually to service a contract for the military and will be looking elsewhere for RV accommodations due to the silly rules for long term RVers here. I understand that they want to be discerning about who they allow to inhabit their property and that the management company wants conformity across tenants. However, that is severely reducing their long term RV business, as there are at least a half a dozen other RV parks in town with a lower monthly rent cost and no invasive application and no required background check fees. It might behoove Western Management to augment their long term RV rental rules to only have to complete the in depth application for stays longer than 6 or 12 months, but even then, when the customer has their own RV, that can be moved at moments notice, there isn't much of a reason to force an apartment style rental agreement on them. An RV space is essentially a hotel "room" rental and should be addressed as such. There are a variety of other ways to ensure less savory tenants move in, one of which is higher monthly rent, which this park already has. If you are staying for less than 30 days, none of this applies, but once you hit that 30 day/1 month mark or want to utilize the more affordable monthly rate, the application is non-negotiable. Just wanted to give my fellow RVers a heads up!
