Alamogordo Real Estate | Lori Hoyt | Coldwell Banker Sudderth Nelson, Inc

I'm a little suspicious how all the bad reviews I saw a couple of months ago have disappeared. I've not had a very good experience so far and we're not even a month into our lease. I will update this review with details when things have played out a little more.

Lori Hoyt was amazing. When my sister died I found myself having to sell a home in Alamogordo, NM . I live in Virginia. Lori made an impossible situation bearable. She was with me every step of the way. Not only did she find me a seller within a week of contacting her, but she also organized people to come in and remove everything from the home. If it had not been for Lori and all her help I am sure I would have been a nervous wreck. I am still so thankful.

Lori did a great job selling our house in Alamogordo. We are out of state. She made the process easy, walked us through the pros and cons of the 3 at or above asking price offers and found contractors to perform the few needed repairs prior to closing. Sara and I highly recommend her. Thanks Lori!!

Lori did an amazing job helping me buy my house! I was living on the other side of the country for the majority of the process and she found an amazing property that went beyond what I was hoping for. There was as close to 0 stress as I could hope for and I could not be happier with the results!

Lori Hoyt is a real estate rock star! The go to person in Alamogordo, NM and surrounding areas for sure! Lori gets it done with a positive and can-do attitude! Highly Recommend.
