        This place has went downhill over the past couple of years. Something is always broken or not working. Right now the gas is turned off, so my grandparents are left with no hot water, no stove, and no heat! They are saying it could be months til they get it turned back on! Ridiculous. What are we supposed to do?

        One of the cleanest and well managed manufactured communities in town. Julie, in the office, is the nicest and very quick to respond to the tenants needs. And they have a pool!

      White Sands is an award-winning community offering RV spaces and newly remodeled manufactured homes in the scenic town of Alamogordo. The pull-through RV spaces feature full hookups (30 and 50 amps), paved lots, privacy walls, and free cable TV. The 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes come with updated appliances, fenced yards, air conditioning, and double-pane windows. Our amenities include a clubhouse and billiards, an exercise room, resort-style swimming pool, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, hair salon, shuffleboard, and laundry facilities. The community is walking distance to major stores and restaurants. The onsite management team provides a clean, well-kept, quiet living environment.

We understand your concerns and can assure you our team is actively working to gather information and resources regarding the gas shut off. Unfortunately, when there is an unforeseen emergency, we have to act on the safety of our residents and community first and as we have additional information or resources available we will notify all. Our goal is to have the gas service returned as soon as safely possible.
