        The most honest people I have ever known! I have personally witnessed the owner (who could have taken the opportunity to make a quick buck, knowing that the product wasnt what they needed) pointed the customer into the direction of another store where they could find it. You do not see much of that now and days. Now I feel confidant with every purchase I make that the chemical I buy is the right one i need for the job. When I wasnt sure how to use lavar she explained it detail how to use with patience.... which i require a lot of.

      Sir, we have no control over our chemicals, we are having the same issues, that the distributor is working on. I'm sorry you had a bad experience in our store. I'm sure it was unintentional. That isn't who we are.
