This review reflects my last visit. Usually pretty decent service but this last time was an inconvenience and waste of time. The bank had the power to either help me replace my money order or simply state that I needed to buy a new one and not have me there just to tell me that I needed a new money order after a long period of time. It was frustrating to have a pointless outcome and my time wasted.

No one ever answers the phone- no matter when I call. I get placed on hold and then it hangs up on me.

We apologize for the inconvenience. When it's end of month our call volume increases and our phone system is having a hard time handling the call volume. We have a new phone system in the works and hopefully up and running in the next month, give or take.
