Alees was an angel guiding us through our first home purchase in Oakland, NJ. She was always available for us when we had questions, and gave us all the information we needed to be confident that we found the perfect house. It has been 4 years since we bought our house, and not only was Alees our realtor, she became our very dear friend. My wife and I are so grateful Alees came into our lives! Alees Poulakis, is our favorite and #GoTo Agent when it comes to Buying or Selling a House!! She makes herself available, available, available as needed! Alees is PROMPT to Responding to Texts, Caring, Helpful, Smart, knows Real Estate, knows the neighborhoods, quiet knows which streets are busy streets and knows how to make sure you/we find the house we wanted. We were lucky to find Alees!! She followed up on a question we had about a Short Sale we saw on Zillow. She explained to us what it meant so clearly and with so much patience! She asked what we were looking for and offered to help if we wanted. At that point we were still living in California and werent expected to get to New Jersey for another month. A month later as we were arriving to New Jersey I got a Text from Alees asking us how we were doing. We got talking about the houses we had Saved on Zillow and our plans to start looking at houses that week. Alees offered to help us without requiring us to promise to commit to working with her. She wanted to give us time to get to know her before we made a decision which Agent to work with. We were impressed with her passion to help us, her availability, even though she was already very busy and her care that we find our Dream Home. Within a number of days we Signed a Contract for Alees to be our Real Estate Agent. After giving Alees our Saved List of 75 houses and looking at 25+ houses, Alees got us just the House we REALLY wanted!! Alees is full of energy and enthusiasm. She is an excellent Realtor with a Masters in Business Administration. -We told Alees what we wanted and she showed us how to get it. -Each step of the way we discussed and made decisions together. -Alees was very patient as I waffled back and forth trying to figure out which was the right, the best House for me and for my husband. -Alees always heard what I was needing, thinking and feeling and she responded accordingly to make looking for a Home as doable & enjoyable as possible. We felt very well cared for and that our best interests were Alees highest concern. - Alees totally had our back, ALWAYS!! There are many Realtors to choose from. Many good Realtors. I met Alees after clicking a button on Zillow. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I didn't feel pressured. We were looking for a mother/daughter, and not in any rush, because it would have to be the perfect house for me to downsize and my daughter to upsize. After looking at approximately 25-35 houses, some of them multiple times, we found the one that would be a good fit. Now both my daughter and I had to sell our houses to make this work!! Who should we list our house with? We thought with a realtor in the towns we lived in. Alees suggested giving her a chance, and we said convince us! She did!! Alees had both our houses sold in less than a month!!! The 2 sales and the purchase of our new home was quite an emotional and complex deal, but Alees made it go so smooth! It was a pleasure working with her and I would absolutely recommend her. She went above and beyond to make the transition for my family a wonderful experience!

I met Alees at one of her open houses and she really impressed me with how organized it was. While my offer was unsuccessful, she reached out and offered to act as my buyer's agent. Alees was extremely patient despite me being a difficult client at times. We ultimately found a great place which I love. She has a thorough understanding of market dynamics and real estate transactions. Her recommendations on Home Inspection and RE Lawyers saved me a ton of time, money, and aggravation. I will always use Alees for any real estate transaction in New Jersey.
