        I don't have any interaction with this company yet but I'm very sketchy now it's called quality basement systems and it seems like it's a nationwide chain and they couldn't get me in until May 9th I'll keep this review posted and update it as my experience with this company becomes more positive or negative

        team the team was proud, professional, and courteous. they kept me advised of each step of the project, including when they were ran into problems. They finished on time and explained everything to me well done project I hope to benefit in the way they suggested for waterproofing and insulating the crawlspace

      Hi, Julia! We definitely understand your concerns. To clear it up, we recently changed our name to Quality 1st from Dry Guys to match our sister-dealer in North Jersey of the same name. Both companies have been in business since 1986 and 1987. We still have the same products and same team here in our local office, but we are adopting "Quality 1st" to keep it consistent throughout the state for our customers. Feel free to read our press release about the merger on our website, which goes more into detail on that! As for our booking calendar, we did get booked fairly quickly due to the large storm the area was hit with recently, causing many homeowners to want estimates on their basements and crawl spaces. We do have a move-up list option as well if you are not already on it, which allows us to give you a call if any openings pop up before your appointment date. Our main goal is to assist you as quickly as possible with your water issues. Hope this helps!
