If you are looking for quality PT/OT in a clean and friendly environment; this place is for you! The PT/OTs there only work with a maximum of two clients at a time. They work really hard to get you appointments that work in your schedule.

My therapist Rebecca was fantastic. Very compassionate and knowledgeable and asked the right questions to get to the heart of my physical problems. She offered many practical suggestions and exercises for minimizing my difficulties.

Staff is nice enough. My therapist was in high demand so when I reached out several times and didn't get a response after two weeks, I am not that surprised but my biggest issue is the central scheduling. Like, I get it but if I spoke to someone about a specific issue and I want to touch base with them again rather than go through the whole song and dance every time I call I shouldn't get such resistance to be transferred. I canceled my appt because there was no point in continuing after the amount of time passed it just wouldn't be beneficial and what is great is when the girls in the central office refer to the location saying they can see if other appts are available that they can not......... so transfer me?! Edit to add on 4.26.23 after leaving the review the "owner" replied to the comment giving me the number to the office that I have been using that sends me to the central scheduling. Hilarious. Because if that I have to take away one of the 3 stars I left. Absolutely unbelievable.
