Hello, Megan help this Officer tremendously! My truck broke down in the parking lot and she helped me with a tool loaner and checked on me two or three times. Very professional and caring. May God bless her!

The manager there, Gavin, was very helpful when I was unsure of what exactly I needed to do to check my oil. He didn't look down at me or talk to me like I was stupid, despite being a woman. He explained how to find it and where the level should be. Definitely plan on coming back.

Gavin, employee at Deptford AutoZone Parts, refused to serve me. I called and talked to a nice woman Morgan. Morgan said I have your parts waiting at the counter and ready when you arrive. I arrived 5 min later and Gavin said, " Nope, we don't have your parts. you must have called the wrong store." ...I went to my car and redialed the number and sure enough I was at the right store. Morgan answered and said hold while I finish with my customer. I re-entered the store and asked Gavin why he dismissed me and was rude. As if he was being prejudice and wouldn't sell me auto parts. ...I said nevermind, I'll take my business elsewhere. I was polite and patient entering and waited til someone could help me. Maybe he didn't read his employee handbook on discrimination? He shouldn't be working retail if he can't put his personal issues aside. I have never been turned away but he refused my business. For example. He may not like I'm a woman with a ponytail because he has one and mine looks better. Whatever his issue he needs further training on customer service.
