Do not come here. I filled my 2021 and 2022 taxes and they charged me twice for 2021 tax services. I have yet to get a refund from them and the people that were helping me from this office arent there because this office is a seasonal office. Its been weeks and I havent had any type of refund.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!
Terrible experience, I sat with a tax expert for over an hour to be told that my taxes couldnt be finished and I had to come back so that they can finalize them. I should have read prior reviews before making an appointment.

Stay away from this place. I have since moved out of state but I did my taxes here last year and its all screwed up. I went onto the IRS website and they told me I owed over $2500 when I had a refund and the lady there did not enter my 1095 a tax form. I called another H&R Block representative in this place to help me as I was directed to to call the office back and they would refund me my fees that it cost to do the refund and pay partial my taxes owed for the mistake. The lady there was absolutely no nothing she can do. Its not showing on her end, and that I would have to contact the IRS itself. She would not even give me a manager or a corporate phone number to speak to someone who could help me . Their mistake is now created a huge mess with the IRS, which I cannot get through because nobody answers the phone to get some answers. Im calling for days and this lady here was absolutely no health. Bottom line is the agent that filed my taxes last year screwed up royally
