        Jordan came to install a whole house filter, re-pipe the refrigerator feed, and install a new main water shut off valve. Jordan was excellent and professional for the entire job. He's very personable and explained the entire process. The work is first rate and when he was done we didn't even know he was here! Everything was as it was before the work was done! I highly recommend Jordan and the entire NJ Pipe Doctor team!

        Why multiple rescheduling and cancellations in just a matter for a few days? Someone shows up on the first day and gave me the estimate. Told me they would show up at certain time of the day next day which is rescheduled in the last minute for the very next day. Then I get another call the very same morning for reschedule due to technicians being busy. I was understandable. Rescheduled again for the very next day - they never showed up or called to let me know the technician won't be available. I finally get a call a couple hours after the appointment time - again, another reason for technician not available and asked me to reschedule. I was done. They are not reliable and wasted my time. I don't have anything else to say about their work performance since I never got the service I asked for. This disorganized and lack of communication with not being able to be there for the time they promised made me not move forward with the service. That is the experience I got from this business. Check previous comments with low ratings that people left on this review. Similar situation. Honestly, I feel like they "triage" the service based on how much profit they can make. That's the only explanation for these multiple cancelations and rescheduling in the last minute because I constantly felt I was pushed back while others were placed on priority.
