The employees are fantastic,the location sucks,who would open a marine store in a mall?? Even GPS sends you in the wrong direction

Great store. Easy to find location , right off main road in shopping center. Amazing, knowledge, helpful employees.

I want to give a special shout out to Gina at the Woodbridge location. She went the extra mile to hold my ship-to-the store order (a fishing reel) for an extra week because I was out of town. She even reminded me that I was entitled to a discount on a matching rod/reel, due to my purchase. I was impressed she wrote this on a yellow sticky! (Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the extra discount because I couldn't find what I was looking for in stock) Not only was she nice on the phone, but she was the first to shout welcome when I walked into the store. Since I never met her in person, her warm welcome to me on the phone and at the store certainly bespeaks her professionalism. The bottom line, the purchase process was flawless with Gina's help. I wish I could clone her. Thanks Gina! I look forward to visiting the store again when I'm in town.

Previously employed here and cant say anything but bad things. Manager is totally disorganized, went two months there unpaid and only got paid when I brought it to higher management and threatened corporate. Check of course wasn't right when it came in. Manager never was at the store, accountability there is none. Other AM's knew about my situation and disregarded it and threw it on the manager. Surprised the place is still running. Don't even try and figure out a work schedule there, didn't release the schedule till 10pm on Sunday for the upcoming week. Eventually quit there when I had text confirmation from the manager I was ok to have Saturday off due to a doctors appointment and when I told manager I wouldn't be coming in the following day he denied he sent me that text message. Showed him proof of it and he flipped out kicking boxes and doors like a little child. Place is completely disorganized. Don't work there unless you want headaches, not getting paid for periods of time, and constant excuses.
