        I became a member a week after I had bought my new jeep but a few car washes later I was noticing these hair line scratches on my consul, I had called it out to management and they assured me that they use microfiber towels but this was a result of carelessness on behalf of some team members. I gave it a few months but it got worse and I just gave up. I later after vacuuming my car I found a broken piece underneath the driver seat. It was not worth my top tier membership I had with the establishment. I now take my jeep elsewhere where I dry and vacuum my car.
