        Was at a friends place as they were having some maintenance done. Corey from maintenance was quick and efficient on addressing concerns that needed to be repairs. He actively listened and was patient when explaining. Corey has incredible energy in assisting customers with their needs. Second to none in customer service!

        I recently moved to Vermella with my husband and can I just say its been such an amazing experience. The staff has been very friendly. A special shoutout to Courtney & Taylor who have been so helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring we were able to get our dream apartment as quickly as possible; I truly could not be happier. Everything is very modern, clean, smells brand new! and very well kept together!

        The maintenance department went above and beyond when I accidentally threw something away that was not meant for the trash. Fortunately, it had not been compacted yet and they dug through the trash bags to retrieve my misplaced item.
