Hands down some of the NASTIEST women in any office setting on this planet. A collective of terrible attitudes feeding off of each other and giving a hard time to anyone who deals with them in any capacity, answering questions with questions and the second you return their energy they act like victims. The people who drive the trucks with the Municipality on the side might wanna watch themselves. Just watched an accident almost happen and none of you answer the phones to even be able to give you the license plate of the man who pulled out infront of cars coming out of HELM turn onto Veterns parkway. Got honked at and acted like he did nothing wrong. Could have caused a serious accident.

You should probably train your people how to drive their trucks because when they're pulling out in front of people on your roads then you honk at them and they act like it was your fault and I get a finger after I just got pulled out infront of?!? I'm sure you have some good people that work for you. But whoever this was is a joke

Your service is horrible. Numerous times the Contaminant Levels in the water were much higher than they needed to be, the level of bleach in the water is way too high when you can smell bleach when you turn on the water, today when I came home from work, I have no water, no notification that they were turning off the water, or an ETA when the water will be turned back on. Unbelievable!

I just spoke to Kim in Customer Service and found her super helpful. I normally don't post reviews but I saw all of the negative ones and wanted to try and counter some of that.
