They will tell you to call so you can confirm your next visit, however, when you call the rep will put you on hold for over 30 minutes. This is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior from such a professional business.

OMG, this is the worst Dental office........Customer service SUCKS...........I was trying to schedule my client her appointment and it's damn near impossible, they mumble LET ME PUT YOU ON A BRIEF HOLD.....A brief hold was 25 minutes then the phone hung up, called back the same thing. It was quicker for me to drive to the office and make my client her appointment. This is ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend this practice. I give them 0 stars

Dr. C is the best as well as dentist hygienist all support staff and office staff has always been nice and friendly. Been going here for years. Hope they will be fully staff with specialists again so all dental needs are met in one office.

I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and understanding that I was terrified of the dentist, however I had a tooth that was killing me. They were very understanding and made sure my experience was better then past dental experiences. It wasn't just the front desk; it was the person who assisted the dentist and the dentist himself too. I ended up having to have a tooth extracted and the dentist made sure i was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. I definitely will be going back and I was visibly shaking my first appointment to now being fairly comfortable considering my past with the dentist. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. They are excellent!
