There is n o real way to pay hoa fees and this feels intentional. What are yall doing ?? I want out of this HOA I can cut my own grass. Its crazy

Unorganized and doesn't have an efficient way of managing the office, both workers in the office and the community don't like the HOA that much... Other than that some workers are nice and the community is fairly peaceful.

TRYING TO SELL MY HOUSE. CALLED AND EMAILED THE HOA NUMEROUS TIMES WITHIN THE LAST 3 WEEKS FOR A STATEMENT. ALL I GET IS TO HAVE PATIENCE YOU LIVED HERE A LONG TIME. 10 YEARS GOING ON 11. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE CALLED THEM ABOUT SOMETHING AND NO RESPONSE BACK.
