If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever I spoke to in the office was extremely nasty and self-centered. This lady needs training or to be fired, because this is ridiculous. Luckily, I was able to speak with two kind gentlemen, Aj and this other guy with a beard. They helped me tremendously understand what was needed done, I couldnt have asked for better service from those two. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

It is with pleasure that I write this review. My parents had a kichen fire in June of last year. Sure Kleen was contacted. My first interaction was with Ben and then shortly thereafter Chris. The compassion that they showed during a very stressful situation was much appreciated. They truly were a phone call away with reassuring words and advise we counted on. Thier entire team from cleanup, painting, carpet, and construction were professional, friendly and reliable! Again, during a very stressful situation SureKleen was able to walk us through the process, provide compassion , understanding and professionalism that brought my parent's home back to its original beauty. I recently had an appointment scheduled for a representative from Sure Kleen to come and perform an inspection to confirm materials needed for the job on October 31st, 2022. Since Sure Kleens scheduling practices were restrictive, I had to shorten a planned trip to accommodate the scheduling needs. Unfortunately, just 3 hours before a representative from Sure Kleen was scheduled to arrive at my home and after they were paid in full by myself and my insurance company, I received a phone call to cancel my appointment due to the Holiday. After speaking with my insurance company, they were informed I was unable to keep the scheduled appointment - imagine that! To keep things into perspective, Halloween is not a federal holiday and no reputable business experienced shortened hours. I am a father of two small children so I empathize with the emotions surrounding spending quality time and capturing small moments with family. Being apart of AllState Insurance Companys Good Faith Network of contractors, any deductible is to be paid to the contractor AFTER the work has been completed. I was told the opposite, which begs the question of potential improper business practices performed by Sure Kleen. My disdain for the poor business practices at Sure Kleen stems from their lack of attention to detail and professionalism. As a result, I have decided to not utilize Sure Kleen for the repairs needed in my home and I have informed my insurance company of the updated decision. I had a major plumbing issue that ended up taking three months to resolve so the damage was extensive. My insurance company set me up with Sure Kleen but then ended up paying me out so I could hire anyone I wanted. They came out in October to give me an estimate and I had to keep rescheduling them for months until the plumbing was resolved. I got two other quotes that were both over double what Sure Kleen quoted. Every time I called to reschedule they got me in within 48 hours. They were finally able to complete the job in January. I was expecting to pay more because there was more water coming in every day and there was definitely more damage than when they originally came in. From Mandy in the office to Vince in scheduling to AJ doing the actual job and Elijah picking up the equipment and doing the final readings, I have had the most exceptional service. The job ended up taking two days and they were just perfect in every way. I will use them again when I'm ready to get my drywall and floors replaced without a thought. This whole plumbing issue has been such a nightmare but Sure Kleen was the only bright spot. Cannot recommend enough!
