My son has been going to Garaguso Karate for over 2.5 years. He has gained confidence, discipline, and increased his fitness. The instructors are awesome. They teach the Little Ninjas and the Super Ninjas important real world safety lessons and genuinely care about your children. I would highly recommend Garaguso's for both young children and adults. We are glad to be part of the Garaguso family.

My kids (4yo and 7 yo) have been going here for almost a year and are loving it. The staff at Garaguso's really put the effort to involve all the kids in class which has helped build confidence and control. In the younger class they teach the kids basic work out activities and karate moves. When the kids get older they start teaching more involved mores and forms. This is a great after school activity for the kids.
