Racks Pub & Grill

Went there tonight Thursday. I ordered chicken Nachos with white cheese. The nacho chips were stale it was suppose to come with salsa and sour cream which it did not. Our waitress never came back to check on us. I had to flag down the manager to tell him. I then ordered just a Grilled Cheese, which only had 1 piece of cheese on it. That went back also. Needless to say I went back home hungry. I may give them another try, but doubt it.

Used to go there previously . if you want cheap food and you catch it on a special it is manageable . However, keep in mind you get what you pay for. My sis Found HAIR in her wings . Complained to the manager and instead of them to take it off mind you it was during lunch so it was cheap so you arent losing that much if its comped , the fellow refused and offered to make 3 more wings!! Now why would we keep eating there when we know there is someone back there actively frying hair in the wings? Of course not. Appetite already ruined. Settled my tab and left. Waitress was nice , manager not so much. Better places to go. Maybe the other branch might be better.

I came here with a friend and my wife. We really lost track of time. All the employees are very attentive and provide quality service. Thank you. I will come again.

Just went in for apps and a few drinks. Our waitress was on point. She was phenomenal.

Not enough workers to push this place into 3am. Service is VERY slow, but the food is pretty good. Its worth only coming here on a weekday.
