Super clean campground with a lot of amenities. This was our second year going and the kids really enjoyed the kids pool area and the wibbet. We will definitely returning next year!

This review is a referendum on Yogi Bear, Jellystone campgrounds in general. They are a large corporation that only cares about money and not campers unlike better, campgrounds, KOA, and sun retreats, which still care about the campers. My wife and I stay at the Williamstown Jellystone a couple weeks ago we arrived an hour and a half early. It was pouring rain and asked if we could check in early. We stated if not, we can go to a restaurant down the road they told us it was not a problem And told us our site number to go to. Low and behold when we got our bill they charged us an extra $55 for that hour and a half. They never stated that they were going to charge us for coming an hour and a half early or we would never have even came in , when we mentioned this to them, they were rude and argumentative ,pretty much said tough luck. The next week we went to another Jellystone at the natural Bridge when we booked it it said cable and Internet when we got to our site there was no cable I went to the office to ask And they told us that site doesnt have cable and since I booked it, tough luck even though it never stated anywhere on the map or the booking that that site didnt have cable again when I asked for management they were rude and argumentative and tried to just blame it on us For these reasons, I would warned people not to go to Yogi Bear Jellystone campgrounds there is so much better competition out there that treats you better then this money hungry corporation that only cares about the bottom line.
I would definitely recommend Sun Retreats and KOAs over any yogi, Bear Jellystone campground, they all have the same amount of these. They are all near each other at almost all locations, but sun, retreat, and KOA work with you, and treat you better and try to correct any issues

This was our first year as seasonals, we had the absolute best experience there. Between the employees, management, the other seasonal the service and just family environment has made this such a welcoming and enjoyable stay. We look so forward ro having new memories next season and look forward to what is yet to come .
