Since we JUST had another incident this week from this same person's son, I feel the need to NOW publicly respond to this review.She is a 1st floor unit owner and we represent a 2nd floor unit owner who uses her unit as an investment property. A year ago Mrs Yaroshefsky, who does not even reside within her own home, called because her son was complaining of our tenants being to noisy on the floor above, flushing the toilet to many times and basically enjoying their vacation. We did reach out to our tenants after our initial call and our tenants stated the son had an issue from day one when they were moving in going up and down the steps. The son had also knocked on the door several times to ask them to keep it down because he was trying to run a business downstairs. We told our tenants to please continue enjoying their stay and we would handle the issue.We then received another call from Mrs. Yaroshefsky, again who DOES NOT live in her own unit, that the noise is persisting and we explained that we can not control the flushing of toilets and the peaceful enjoyment of a 2nd floor unit. With that began the raised voice and insults which ended with us hanging up the phone on her and we then became the most RUDE Realtor in her life.Respectfully, there are 2 sides to each story and you now have the story.Moral of the story here is when purchasing a home and YOU KNOW the upstairs owner uses the home as an investment property, you may want to reconsider a 1st floor unit if your son is going to live and run a business out of it! We have not requested this review to be removed as everyone is entitled to their opinions just as Mrs. Yaroshefsky is. Wishing her and you all the best.Enjoy the rest of your summer.
