By far the best builder on the island one could ask for. Unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. Not even close to your typical cookie cutter home. Every inch carefully planned and uniquely detailed. Just seeing it speaks for itself, but Bob went above and beyond to explain everything and even gave us a video of the interior structure. Some features include double pane windows that give perfect natural lighting, soundproofing, custom rounded moldings, radiant heated floors throughout, energy efficiency and a rooftop! Our home inspector said he never found a house in his 25 yrs where he couldnt find anything wrong and couldnt believe how well it was built. We instantly fell in love with both the house and the builder and immediately knew this was the home for us. We can still call Bob 4 yrs later and hes always there if needed.
