        Cozy individual condo units. Privately rented out. There are 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms on most floors, and assigned parking. There are public grills to use and 2 patios decks. Located immediately on the beach. Rooms: Privately owned units, some of which are individually rented out. All units consist of 1-2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. Nearby activities: The Summer Sands is beachfront. The boardwalk is a few miles away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but most anything requires a short car ride to get to. Safety: Very quiet and safe section of town. Well lit. Walkability: The Summer Sands is beachfront. Most everything else will require either a short walk or a car ride. Food & drinks: No food or drinks available for purchase on the property. The hotels nearby might have snack stands or vending machines, though.
