        I had an elderly relative in independent living at The PInes for the last nine years. It's a comfortable atmosphere, and I have found staff to be very responsive, caring people and recommend this place highly.

        Amazing place for the elderly. Love coming here to help my clients that need help with their technology needs. The care the receive here is bar none. Everyone is happy. When I get old this is the kind of place I would like to be at. I would recommend this place to any one and look forward to helping.

        Unit manager Alisia is very unprofessional. She works on Hamilton. Very rude. Dont care about her patients only herself. Shouldnt have a LPN be a unit manager. She a stupid nurse that google my mom medical reason. They need to get rid of her at the Pines.

        I toured here several years ago with my grandparents. Four months later they moved into the independent living. My grandfather used therapy services when he really needed it, and he later stayed in Hamilton for palliative care. He was able to pass with both love and dignity thanks to the amazing care.The therapy staff is just as amazing, and helped my grandmother following her knee replacement. Living so faraway it brings me peace of mind knowing The Pines is so amazing.

He takes extreme pride in all his work and always makes sure to do his best work and ensure the customers satisfaction at all times.
