I reached out and had them come to the house for an estimate. The gentleman was pleasant and gave me some quotes on work I wanted done at my property. He then left and said he would be in contact. Well a week passed and I reached out left a message then another week and another week. I called again and left a message as I know being the season that landscapers are very busy. So after some time I called a third time and left a third messages. NEVER once was I contacted back. If you didnt want to do the work that is ok, just communicate that. It is not that difficult, instead you choose to dodge me. Not good cyst service or relations. It actually disgusted me that you couldnt be bothered either way to communicate. Sooo I had the opportunity to speak with the business owner this week 1/16/2024. Who actually remembered me (impressive). Which sparked a conversation about this review. I explained my point of view and to my surprise he made no excuses and offered a real and sincere apology. I have to say I was impressed by his accountability and appreciated it since it is so rare today. We agreed to speak again in the spring to discuss some work. I am changing my review and will do so again after any work is completed.

A round of applause for Marc and his team at Prestige Lawn Care. I recently had a fall leaf cleanup done at my property. Some time went by, the invoice came in the mail and before cutting a check I walked the property. I noticed a few spots I wasnt completely happy with and let Marc know via email at 6:30am this morning. At 8am there was a crew in my yard touching up the spots that I mentioned in my email. He had the problem addressed before I even had the chance to check my email again. I should also mention that weve lived at this property for years and have gone through a few companies. Some were good but over priced, some were competitively priced but were lacking in quality and/or customer service. Prestige is not only good, they are priced right and extremely responsive. For all the reasons above I felt compelled to write this review. Exceptional customer service is hard to find but Prestige has it!
