    Title: Disappointing Communication and Unresolved Charges Review: I've been attempting to communicate with the property manager for quite some time now, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite multiple phone calls and emails - five of each, to be exact - I've found the level of assistance provided to be lacking. My primary concern stems from attempting to settle my account, which I believe has been subject to unjust charges. Despite my efforts to address this matter, it seems there's been little to no willingness to adjust these fees. This lack of resolution is not only frustrating but also impacts my ability to participate fully in community matters, as I've lost the privilege to vote in Board elections due to my account's standing. Furthermore, I've become increasingly disheartened by the apparent prevalence of delayed fees, which only serve to compound the issue. It's deeply concerning to feel as though I'm shouldering the consequences of others' actions, particularly when sincere attempts to rectify the situation seem to fall on deaf ears. Overall, my experience with the property management has left much to be desired. Improved communication and a fairer approach to resolving account issues would greatly enhance the relationship between residents and management.

    Hi Taylor management, We are in the process of purchasing a unit from Jacob and Ferry, and condo management has not responded in over two weeks now. It is truly irresponsible.

    So difficult to speak with the propertys manager. He isnt very understanding and demeanor can be rude. Calling Taylor Managment they have better customer service - the ppl are nicer- but they rarely answer the phone, plus nothing can get accomplished unless you call the property manager who doesnt seem to understand when you tell him things, or seek to resolve issues without making rude remarks. Always a hard time, a few words when he decides to respond back. Lived here for about 2 years and its made living here kinda suck. I have received lots of complaints which seem very silly in the scheme Dof life, such as: too many Amazon boxes coming, being left out while i am at work. Dog bark. Kids closing doors too loudly. My bathroom fan is too loud so please dont use it?? the property manager accused me of having a dog stating Ithat breed of dog is not allowed (no indication of breed, my dog is a hound lab mix)in my home I own (turned out the dog was acceptable). its also the way I am confronted- for instance, I got a rude message saying that the dog wasnt allowed before he asked the breed. I got a message threatening to fine me my 1st year cuz my Xmas lights froze into the ground and I didnt know the deadline to take them down. Complaints I get too many packages. Just a lot to deal with for no reason but if I have a question so hard to get in contact with anyone- as far as trying to set up auto pay its been set up wrong twice and I cant sort my bill out and just keep paying more late fees trying to understand without effective communication
