Mike the owner is really nice to talk with however his customer service is below average. I am picky on who i even allow in my home. Mike came highly recommended. I was informed that his prices are high before i made an appointment for him to work on my house. I heard that he does good work and thats something thats worth paying for. However he gave me a 1-2 week timeline for an estimate after looking at my home and what i wanted done. I gave it 3 weeks and called the office and left a message. A another week past and i left another message. This time a few days later i get a call from his staff and was informed that he wants to do the job and will contact me within the next week. Its now been another 3 or more weeks and still no response. Its been around 2 months and im still waiting on a phone call. Very unreliable from my experience. A phone call or email takes less then 5 minutes. I gave him a 2 star because he really seemed like a nice guy otherwise i would've gave a 1 star for the poor unreliable customer service.
