        We had the pleasure of meeting Paul, he was so great the first time we came he took time to show us all options and answer all the questions we had. He printed us a breakdown of what we were interested in and was very patient. We came back a couple of days later again showed us everything made sure we were picking a set that we absolutely loved, let us know how long it would take for us to receive the delivery, explained delivery and assure us we would love the set. We were very pleased with the attention from both him and Mike the manager. Truly a great experience and highly recommended!!

        Beware of Goof Proof!! Goof Proof was pushed hard and sold to us as all accident protection. We purchased it, as our daughter is rough on everything she owns. Unfortunately, the wood top of her dresser was destroyed due to an accident. Our Goof Proof claim was denied because the damage was not a minor imperfection. For wood surfaces, goof proof will only cover small scratches and coffee rings. We had to purchase a new dresser for our daughter. We explained this denial, and provided the denial email to the salesman and the store manager as they were pushing Goof Proof on us. Neither knew this about Goof Proof. They either deceptively push Goof Proof for their own profits/sales, or they have no idea what it covers. Do your own research on Goof Proof before purchasing. Dont just take the word of the salesman and managers about this great service as theyre just trying to make a sale.
