Pondview Estates

Had a really poor experience.

I currently live in Pondview in a 1bedroom apartment and have been here since 2020. This past week I have had a family tragedy happened and we got our lease renewal and needed to upgrade to a townhome. We went to leasing office to explain our situation and Karissa and Dianera was the most kind and compassionate and sympathetic people ever to our situation. They both helped us through the process and made the transition smoothly. Its people like these two that make the little problems worth living in a community like this.

A fantastic community. Modern spacious homes in a safe and secure environment. All the amenities you need, within the community itself. Shopping and restaurants just a short drive away.

I like the atmosphere and the town house is nice but for a 2 br it's extremely expensive.

Overall I like living in the town house and have had little reason to contact the leasing office. I know for a fact this is not the case for the apartments and they are an absolute nightmare in almost all aspects. Recently, my wife and I looking for a house again after the market is opening back up and when talking to the leasing office about possibly breaking the lease, they stated that if they could not fill your apartment that we would be responsible for the rent until the end of the lease term. I have broken 2 leases and both times I paid 2 months rent. Pond view is telling me if I left today that I may or may not be responsible for (7*3770) = $26390!! Who would take that chance and go purchase their first home with that amount on the line. They are unwilling to negotiate and instead hold you hostage and say, its in the lease that YOU signed. These people are immoral cons and Id stay away.
