Ive been coming to ETD for over 10 years, as well as my entire family. I travel quite a bit to get my car serviced but wouldnt trust anyone else. ETD always has the best price and service, hands down. Alex, Ozzy and Matt are friendly and honest about what maintenance is necessary and what the price is upfront. Reality is, it costs money to maintain a vehicle and ETD will always be honest with the work that needs to be done and do it in a timely manner.

Alex Rivera the store manager is excellent and I really don't like leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately, the young manager Ozzy seriously has a chip on his shoulder. Not a friendly demeanor, bad attitude, and exudes his anger onto customers. This is a customer service based industry, with much competition. I used to go to ETD cause they were quick, did a good job, friendly, and were willing to work with you on the prices - otherwise why not just go to the dealer for service. They have raised prices for simple things and you have to deal with the nastiness from a young kid behind the counter. I really want the next/younger generation to do well and succeed but this just isn't it/not good service!!!
