Riverside Oral Surgery

I had tooth extracted. It was a quick and easy process.The staff was very nice and professional and you couldn't ask for anything more. My visit was made to be pleasant even for a usually painful extraction. I was pleasantly surprised how painless everything was in the end. I recommend this group to anyone.

Dr. Cho and the entire staff are terrific! They are highly professional, informative and friendly. They constantly demonstrate the highest level of patient care and service. They are the best of the best!

First off I would like to say Dr. Sung Hee Cho is an amazing doctor and oral surgeon who took excellent care of me and removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth successfully. If I could give him 10/10 stars I would. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him. The only reason for the 4 star rating was due to the customer service from the staff. After my surgery had ended I did not receive 1 call from them on any follow up or to even ask how I was feeling. I had to call the office myself several times and i did feel as though I was becoming a burden on the receptionist even though it is proper etiquette for them to reach out at least 1-3 days after the surgery to see how I am doing and that I am eating the proper foods. Again this isnt the doctors responsibility to follow up, it is the other employees to at least reach out once, considering the high level of potential injury of having all 4 teeth taken out at the same time.

A great experience. The office was clean and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful I got the sense they care about their patients. The surgeon was wonderful. Experienced and polite. I highly recommend Riverside Oral Surgery !
