Kelli and her powerful women have made all the difference in the world regarding my breast cancer aftercare. Schectercare in Emerson was painfully brutal, having been diagnosed with lymphedema which I never had. Having to go through Medicare to obtain a $7000 machine I never needed, on top of her repeatedly using gowns and sheets from one patient to another was beyond egregious. Then went to Madison SpinalCare in Tenafly and was treated horribly by the receptionist, a snarky angry individual. The therapist was a passive aggressive individual, always telling me that I wasnt feeling the pain that was clearly there. They still owe me my copay back for an appointment they never honored. The third try was the greatest success of my life with Kelli, Cort, Christy and Casey. Spa treatment, gentle sisterhood. They relieved seven months of pain especially with cording (ancillary webbing syndrome) The BEST of ALL!!!

This facility made all the excuses in the world not to see me. They dont take my insurance so I said I would pay out of pocket. The lady initially said I could pay out of pocket and then she said I couldnt after my insurance company said I could. My insurance company tried to negotiate a rate which they declined. I asked to see if someone else could pay for me they said no, and then I asked if someone who had a similar issue as me whose insurance company they took if theyd be able to see her so that I could possibly do therapy for myself, she said she had to find out and then get back to me. She then said they could email me a list of massages I could do to help with scar tissue and I still havent received anything. Im starting to believe this facility just doesnt want to take certain patients.
