Peter Kwok's Kung Fu Academy

My daughter goes to Peter Kwok's Kung Fu Academy. Sifu Randy is great and he has amazing instructors working with him. They teach both the practical and traditional martial arts. I highly recommend this martial arts because it focuses on both flexibility and strength. Weapons training begins early in this program as well. There are enough instructors in a class that individual attention can be paid to each student.

The beginner's tai chi class is excellent. No experience is necessary to join. Instruction is excellent.

Peter Kwok's Kung Fu is a fantastic school. The school teaches traditional, internal and external Chinese martial arts. If you want a more meditative, relaxing practice, the tai chi is excellent. For a more vigorous, self defense art, the Northern Shaolin Kung Fu is unsurpassed. Sifu Randy Elia teaches Pa Kua and Hsing-I. They are subtle, internal self defense arts directly from Chinese lineages. You can spend a lifetime studying with Sifu Elia.
