        Don't get this insurance. You have to do all the leg work and paper filing. They don't answer their phones or return your messages even when you have your agent's direct line. I have the supervisor's direct line, same thing: no answer. Save yourself a headache and try literally ANYWHERE else if you can afford it

        I am still waiting for a claim to be settled, and it has now been over 4 months with Plymouth Rock refusing to settle this claim. I was 0% at fault, as their insured hit my home with her car! Yes, she drove into my foyer. Plymouth Rock is leaving me no choice but to ask my attorney to serve them, as they still refuse to pay. Perhaps I am at fault to some degree? Maybe my home jumped out in front of her car? Ridiculous!!! I will likely sue the driver, and have her sue her insurance company. Don't let this happen to you! Find another insurance company!
