Lorenzo's Cabana

We had catering from here for an engagement party this weekend and wow wow. We have dined here before and already knew the food was amazing but the catering was stellar. Loren took care of the catering and made sure everything was delivered and her and her team came and helped setup at our house. We got a bunch of the family box's of tacos and empanadas and it came with all the trimmings and even chips and soda. We also got the hoagie tray which had everything on it and was delicious!! Honestly what a great experience and great food, service and price. I highly recommend Lorenzo's and will be getting again.

Place a order for 4 tacos and guacamole with jalapeno peppers on the side, one waitress said it should have been $28.00. The waitress screed up my order, I got 3 taco platters, jalapeno poppers and guacamole was charged $51.00. The one waitress said she was going to credit my card, she never did, when I spoke to owner he kept saying because I got platters he was only refunding $6.99 which is the wrong amount. When he hung up, when I called back they wouldn't answer the phone, I had to call back on my daughter's number in order for them to answer because they have caller ID and knew my number. They answered my daughter's number on the first ring, I asked why did he hang up, he said he was busy. I said you haven't corrected my order yet. I never goty money back. They are very unorganized at this store and rude. They can say their food is good, but what about the service and cost.

I love the food but 3.00 dollars for purelife bottle water. My concern is my food is going home in recycled boxes. I get no plastic paper bags don't cost that much. No customer oriented is my aessement, this is not groceries it's my food takeout. Don't think I'll return just for that reason I'm sorry. I was charged 3.00 for water dear, you need to check your cashier. Bags cost 4 to 5 cents the price of plastic It's pathetic that you rather talk irrationally to a customer you lost already. That's the problem with businesses that believe the a customer values and choices aren't relevant. Now I see why, you think it's ok from your Ratched attitude thinking it's OK to pull dirty boxes from under a cabinet and put people food in . It was hard eating the food looking to see if a spider or something crawled in my food! And looking at your reviews I'm not the first to say it, Ghetto !
