        I was impressed within the first ten minutes. Both techs were super polite, and considerate without a second thought. We just moved here, and have Brandddd new carpets. I didnt have to say a word, they brought booties and wore them with out hesitation. May not seem like a big deal, but its hard to get my own adult family to keep their shoes off the carpet! Didnt even feel like they were here long. They came in, did the job, asked what kind of turtle I had and headed out.
