Patty is wonderful to work with. She is thoughtful, helpful and very hard working. She helped us understand what we needed to do to get top dollar for our house and found us the perfect new home for our family. Buying a house is a complex stressful experience, having Patty as our agent made it bearable. We would highly recommend her (and we have).

Patty was positively wonderful to work with throughout the home buying process. As a first-time home buyer, I knew very little about the process upon starting my search. Patty was incredibly patient and happy to provide guidance when I needed it (which was a lot). When it came to showings, she was always fully prepared with strong knowledge of the properties that we were slated to view, and she clearly had a trained eye for detail. She knew all of the correct questions to ask of the sellers, most of which being items that I wouldn't have even considered otherwise. The inspection and closing process was much easier than I anticipated, largely thanks to Patty. She had recommendations for pretty much every party required, from inspectors to insurance agents to attorneys, and everyone that she had recommended was excellent and easy to work with. Even after closing, Patty followed up to ensure certain items were on-track to allow for a smooth transition into the new home. I would strongly recommend Patty Spinner. She is a true professional at her craft, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been paired up with her for my home purchase process.
