If I could give zero I would. Dr. Presti and Dr. Panza blew off my concerns about my daughters health for over a year before I finally was able to get her seen by a specialist. I could have gotten my daughter treatment WAY back when I first expressed concern. What kind of pediatrician thinks its normal for a two year old not to say mama? What kind of pediatrician thinks its ok to blow off a mothers concerns and tell her its normal for her child not to point or talk at 2? Disgusting. Stay alway. They are well known to never give referrals for evaluations of children. They ignore red flags and then parents like me are left picking up the pieces.

I have an almost 2 week old son and I just started seeing Dr. Jane Presti. I do not just like her, I ADORE her. I am a first time mom and the other day during a snow storm while I was changing my babys diaper I noticed a bruise like line going across the right side of his belly. I got very worried and called the practice. Since the office was closed, I left a message and Dr. Presti called me back within minutes. She let me text her personal cell phone pictures of the mark and kept in touch with me all day/night then saw him first thing the next morning. She literally called me and texted me until bed time just checking in...Ive never had a doctor be that caring. At the appt she was very compassionate but straightforward which I love - she will not keep you in the dark. She explained that she wasnt extremely concerned but that she had to be sure it wasnt low platelet levels and explained to me what that meant. She rushed a blood test at overlook hospital so my husband and I would not have to wait in anxiety. THANK GOD his levels were normal and it was a false alarm (we thing maybe we buckled him in too tight to his swing seat). When Dr. Presti called me with the results she hurried to say its good news right when I picked up. If you want a warm, caring, cautious and compassionate doctor for your child go to her! I am so happy we found her for our little guy.

This review is from a meet and greet that I went into today! We are new to town and needed to find a pediatrician for my 4 year old son and the baby I'm expecting in November. Dr. Presti was so warm and my son immediately connected to her. And the nurses and front desk staff was just incredible. I had an annoying situation where I needed my son's preschool medical form filled out but we had already done a well visit elsewhere and they were able to get that taken care of. We also needed medical records from my son's allergist and for some reason the faxes were not coming through. They couldn't have been more patient and I couldn't have been more grateful. Did I mention I got the time wrong for our appointment (pregnancy brain) and we showed up an hour late and they still treated us with such professionalism and kindness?! Thank you. I am at ease knowing we found your office.
